Lansdowne Hotel, Chippendale

Repointing, asbestos removal, concrete cancer and crack repair and more were needed to restore this 150+ year old building.

In June 2017 we finished the restoration of the iconic c1850’s building, the Lansdowne Hotel.

A famous landmark of Chippendale, it was in need of some serious TLC which included a facade upgrade by Period Home.

Our remedial services included but were not limited to:
Repointing all external elevations of the building
Cavity clean out to remove debris from the cavity which was causing dampness to travel over the cavity to the internal skin of brickwork.
